For nearly five years it has actively worked to; reduce CO2 emissions arising from its activities, to restrict to an absolute minimum level the use of polluting products, to reduce waste and to propose alternatives to the over-consumption and wastage of natural resources. Each entity of the group is thus subject to a very strict charter comprising targets with precise figures both in the medium and long term.

However, that registration will not be validated until your agreement has been received by us.

• •to limit the expression fields open to your child. Most areas of expression on the site are closed fields. Your child must therefore choose what information they will reveal from options offered by the site.
• •to respect the personal details and data privacy of your child. Name, given name, email address, comments etc. Please be assured that no information will be accessible or communicated to third parties.
• •to prevent all direct exchanges between members. To reinforce the point about the care we take to protect your child’s online activity in this website - it is impossible for your child to exchange directly with other members of the website.

• 1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Bandai UK Harumika website Terms and Conditions
• 2. The promoter is Bandai UK Ltd ("Bandai UK"), Jellicoe House, Botleigh Grange, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2AF, UK.
• 3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
• 4. The competition is open to residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, excluding employees of Bandai UK, their families and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
• 5. Only one entry per person is allowed. If Bandai UK discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, they may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
• 6. Your entry is automatically processed; Bandai UK can accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit, nor any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this competition.
• 7. All entries must include the entrants name and email address. These details will be used by Bandai UK for marketing purposes but will not be released to third parties.
• 8. All entries must be received by 15/01/2010 at 12:00. Any entries received after this date will be void.
• 9. The winner will be chosen by the webmaster at Bandai UK.
• 10. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so, an alternative winner will be drawn - if no contact is made after reasonable attempts to do so within 4 weeks the prize will be forfeit.
• 11. The prize is a selection of Harumika toys and no there is no cash alternative. Bandai UK reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at any time.
• 12. The winner's name and county will be available by sending an SAE to 'Bandai Harumika Competition #1' at the address above.
• 13. In the event of any dispute the decision of Bandai UK shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• 14. The laws of England and Wales shall govern these terms.
